1st Class Stamp Price 2024 Elections. Royal mail has announced price changes for stamp customers, including an increase of 30p on 1st class standard letters from october 7 th 2024. Does a 1st or 2nd class stamp without a price on it increase in value as postage rates increase, and does that apply to using them for international postage?
